There are two payment options:

  1. Cash
  2. Electronic Bank Transfer / EFT

Haeck House charges Out Of Medical Aid rates. We run a cash practice, which means you are responsible for settling your account with us, and submitting your invoice to your Medical Aid for reimbursement. We will invoice you at the end of each session for medical aid reimbursement. You can either pay in cash per session or you can pay via EFT. If you choose to pay via EFT, your account must be settled before each session with proof of payment sent to our email address. We will provide you with our account details once we have made first contact.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which means that appointments not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged for.
