Teen Coaching/Mentoring

Our children and teenagers are faced with ever increasing demands in terms of academic performance, sporting and cultural excellence as well as often being involved in leadership roles, not to mention the social pressures. Balancing these demands has become increasingly difficult for many of our children. This often leads to teenagers experiencing ‘burn-out’. We aim to provide a framework through which they are given tools, designed to meet the individual’s needs, which assist them in regaining a sense of balance and well- being:

  • Goal setting
  • Time management skills
  • Study skills
  • Planning skills
  • Coping with anxiety
  • Coping with social pressure
  • Regaining self esteem
